Due to a large number of short-chain fatty acids, this product is liquid at low temperatures. It is considered Vegan, Lactose-Free, Gluten-Free, Glutamate Free, BSE Free, No Hydrogenated or Partially Hydrogenated Oils, No Preservatives.
